Do you use social media in your day job?

A recent poll conducted by Supply Management has indicated that just over half of the procurement departments surveyed use social media to help them do their day job.    

The poll revealed that many departments believed that these sites help them to build a sense of community across their organisation, the wider sector and suppliers as well as helping them to gaining valuable insights into purchasing and supply chain topics.
