This Agreement provides IHP Members with a range of quality produce, sourced responsibly with local supply options. Through trading with this Agreement IHP Members will have continuity of quality for patients and residents, through a more ethical and economical means of supply chain.

IHP has agreed SLAs and KPIs with suppliers to ensure excellent performance. Ongoing contract management will be in place for the duration of the Agreement to ensure that Members get the service-level and product quality they expect.
