To enjoy the savings IHP can deliver.
Through a simple benchmarking exercise, IHP has advised us that we are set to save at least £15,000 on energy alone this year, and we also expect to make significant savings through IHP’s Office Stationery Agreement.
The savings we will enjoy will allow us to focus funding directly towards our core areas of patient care for whom we provide specialist palliative care services to the communities of Basildon and Thurrock.
Developing a good relationship with IHP Account Manager Matt Hanley has helped us to identify and take advantage of the range of features and benefits that IHP’s framework agreements have to offer.
After we first decided to join IHP, to my knowledge we had little contact from the IHP team. IHP’s accounting process also seemed to bypass our key contact at the Hospice.
I am now happy to say that after a full and frank meeting with Matt Hanley both of these issues have been resolved. We have developed a good relationship with Matt and we are now more than satisfied with how our account /contract with IHP is being managed and developed. Matt has been instrumental in securing the energy and stationery savings we hope to enjoy.
IHP has recently helped St. Luke’s Hospice with stationery, energy and most recently our general waste disposal.
This is a relatively new relationship with Matt but it is good to speak to people you know who understand your business and want to assist you in anyway they can.
We are now three months in and I can say unequivocally, Central Billing has saved us a huge amount of admin time.
The funding saved will allow us to benefit our patients, their carers, staff and volunteers in our core areas.
IHP has a variety of agreements there to help you make substantial savings. My advice would be to actively establish a relationship with your account manager to see how your organisation may benefit.
